Mbabane, Eswatini – SBC Limited has declared a cash dividend of E10 million, equating to 10 cents per share, for its ordinary shareholders. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders registered in the company’s share register by the close of business on Friday, October 4, 2024.

Shareholders should note that the company’s transfer books and register of members will be closed from October 5 to October 10, 2024, both days inclusive. The payment of the declared dividend is scheduled for no later than October 25, 2024.

Both normal and withholding tax will be deducted from the dividend where applicable, with different rates applying to resident and non-resident shareholders.
