The Eswatini Post and Telecommunications Corporation (EPTC) traces its roots back to Act No. 11 of 1983, established as a category A public enterprise. In 2013, the act underwent revisions, leading to the establishment of an independent industry regulatory body, ESCCOM, all operating under the Ministry of ICT.

Comprising four business units—Eswatini Telecom, Eswatini Post, Phutfumani Couriers, and Freight, and the National Contact Centre—EPTC serves as a market leader in Eswatini’s telecommunications domain.
